Company Rapol s.r.o. came into existence early in 2008 as a subsidiary company of the investment truck RBB INVEST a.s.. Leader business is expanded polystyrene (EPS) producing and processing in the form of blocks and slabs that are used mainly in the building industry for thermal insulation, additional thermal insulation of buildings, insulation of walls, ceillings, floors and roofs.
Manufactury arose in place of unused and ramschackled ex school farmhouse, where came into being new modern manufacturing areas thanks to restoration current buildings and completing manufactory hall.
Top distinction technological facilities were delivered by german company Erlenbach, which rank among leading world producers of machines used for processing polystyrene. Company RAPOL s.r.o. hereby made sure, that it would reach to high quality of products to be able to fully satisfy needs of exacting customers by using the most modern full automated technology, with minimalized demands on power drain and non-waste environment.
Rapol s.r.o. Company is possessor of the Cerfificate for system of quality management according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
Product quality is observing by control in own test-room and also by external supervision pursued by authorised testing room.
The company consequentially abides all the hygienic, ekologic and technologic norms valid for European Union.
Distribution of products is assured by the own high-density transport (till 100 cubic metres) all over the Czech Republic and also out of it.
